BIAS is seeking an individual to join a team of energetic and committed professionals as Part-time Accounts Administrator.

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Maintain monthly list of vendor invoices/fee statements (excel spreadsheet) and ensure appropriate approval is obtained.
  • Manage Accounts Payable control account in Microsoft Dynamics and ensure it always reconciles with monthly list of vendor invoices/fee statements.
  • Prepare all approved cash disbursements for payment and forward to authorized approves for execution.
  • Maintain Prepaid expense analysis (excel spreadsheet) and ensure it always reconciles with monthly amortization charges being posted in Microsoft Dynamics control account.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset analysis (excel spreadsheet) and ensure it always reconciles with monthly depreciation charges bring posted in Microsoft Dynamics accounts.
  • Timely filing of vendor invoices.
  • Timely filing of daily cash control sheets for all accounts.
  • Prepare monthly pension management accounts, prepare monthly cash payments to investment managers, and reconcile monthly statements.
  • Support Financial Controller in all aspects, but in particular in gathering, analyzing, and tracking financial and related business information from various initiatives/projects.
  • Cover for Operations Administrator when on vacation (full time is required for cover).
  • Preferred Working Hours: 8am - noon
